Hoping for some advice.
I’ve been back at work now for just over a week and I’ve been pumping during my breaks to get some milk for my nearly 10 month old to have the next day at nursery. While on maternity leave I was exclusively breastfeeding.
Well I feel like I’m not pumping very much, in 8 hours at work I get about 4oz, maybe 5.
Do you think that’s an ok amount?
How much should a 9/10 month old be having in one feed? It just doesn’t seem like very much and I’m wondering whether I should supplement with some formula as well.

How often are you pumping and for how long? You should be pumping every 2-3hrs and able to get enough for tomorrow's day feeds.
Depends on the baby though. 3-4oz per bottle every 3-4 hrs is pretty standard for breastfed babies
