Life update

Life has been BUSY!

We got our daughter into a wonderful daycare because I needed to return to work due to finances. I got an incredible job and am working on already transitioning to a higher pay in a different department!
Downside is that I work 1st shift and my husband works 2nd, so we dont see each other Monday-Friday due to work and sleep but those weekends! 🥰

My daughters vocabulary has had another explosion and she is now understanding the differences between want and need, saying "please" and "thank you" consistantly. Etc. She is also doing AMAZING potty training (turned 2 in August) and is obsessed with dunosaurs and drawing circles, squares, and triangles (while naming them!)

I have settled a bit into this working mom role again and am ready to get social again! How has everyone been?!

I wanna know why are men so damn h*rny ?! 🤬

Im so frustrated because it seems like all my fiance can do is grab at my body and try to f*ck 24/7 like can they ever talk about anything else?! Its making me not want to be around him anymore.

Feel like my husband’s not the one

Maybe it’s because he’s hurt me so many times. We tried marriage counseling but he wouldn’t bring up things just to bring them up during arguments. Felt more like individual therapy (for him) anyways. Told him to get individual therapy and he quit after like 1 session because he “doesn’t have the time.” I can’t work without losing childcare so I can’t afford a divorce until the kids are in school. Guess this is just a rant to see if I’m the only one who feels this way

Am I overthinking this?

Hey! My baby is 3.5 months now and I'm absolutely loving being a mum. I'm EBF and finally feeling more confident with it. But I feel like I maybe make things so much harder than they need to be. I've never been a laid back person; I like to be organised and punctual but obviously, this goes out of the window now and I'm just finding it a bit difficult to adapt, I think.

Do you find it easy getting out the house? Going for walks with the pram? Do you just get up and get out in the car? Show up to baby classes feeling OK and like it was easy? Because I feel like getting myself ready, baby ready, bag ready and going out is quite overwhelming.

Am I overthinking this or is it actually hard?

Anyone else?

I feel fucking helpless, I find myself getting beyond frustrated. I’m at a point I don’t know what to do, little guy just turned 6 months and has been nothing but crying for 2 weeks straight it seems. While he seems to be teething there are no teeth present and it’s a lot. I find myself getting angry and having to walk away or just leave entirely but it’s every single day. On top of him we are moving so everything is stressful. Idk just at my breaking point I love him but sometimes I just wish I had a better system because my husband keeps trying to help but he gets frustrated so I try to take over and it’s this never ending cycle.
