Yes its pelvic girdle pain. If you search this page there's been a few conversations about it. Its awful but there are things that can be done to help x

Speak to your midwife about physio, I was referred to physio for my pain, was given some exercises to do and offered crutches to help with standing/walking when in work! I haven't needed the crutches as I am able to sit when it gets too much, but it's always an option?

I have this and sometimes it presents as stabbing pain. It’s pelvic girdle pain and it’s awful!
Doesn’t matter if I’m sitting or standing or lying down.
See your midwife- they may be able to send you for a help physio session which you may find helpful.

Day out after c section

Hey,
I had an emergency c section 1 week ago I obviously don't want a day out right now but I have things booked for the Easter holidays so in 2 weeks. I was just wondering if I will be overdoing it if I have a day out then or will I be ok? I would still take it as easy as I could. When did everyone feel good enough to go out?

Reduced Movements

Has anyone else gone in for monitoring for reduced movements and as soon as you arrive at triage the baby starts moving and the CTG is normal? It makes me feel like I am over reacting.

2nd pregnancy after c section

I’m not planning on getting pregnant anytime soon but in the future possibly. I just wanted to know how is pregnancy after c section like my fear is having to go through another emergency operation or even putting strain on my incision during pregnancy

Newborn stage

Is anyone tired of doing the same thing everyday and being on a 2-3 hour schedule? It’s the same everyday and I feel like I’m losing my mind. It’s making me depressed even if I get out once a day. When does it get better? I feel like I’m just waiting for the next stage where it’s not just sitting around all day.
