My little boy will be 3 years 8 months by the time baby arrives. My question is do any mum's of two still feel they need a double pram at that point? My little one is never in his pram at this point already and hasn't been for a while, however if I was going to a shopping center I do always take it so that I can actually get round the shops ha! Please let me know your thoughts!

My boy will be 3 years and 2 months when his little brother arrives. I got a double pram (ickle bubba - Venus prime double stroller) as when I go out shopping alone, I’d rather have them both in a pram so I know there
Both safe and don’t have to worry. Also when we go on holiday if my older boys legs get tired or he needs to sleep, he’s got somewhere to sit and lay down. We may not get a lot of use out of it, but I got one as thought we’d benefit from it x

My son will be 2.5 when baby comes and we’re not bothering. By 3 years 8 months I’d assume he doesn’t nap and can walk fair distances? A buggy board may be a cheaper/ better alternative

We havnt bothered with a double as my first will be 3 years and 4 months when second comes. We opted for a buggy board and if I need to keep my first one close ill just pop hwr reins on. Didn't want to spend the money on something we will hardly use

My son was 2.5 when my daughter was born. We just used his travel stroller if we needed him in something or I'd wear baby girl and stick him in her stroller. The number of times we did this did not equate to the cost of a double stroller.

Buy a Joovy caboose sit n stand! I got one for £50 off market place. It’s been the absolute best buggy ❤️
I used it for my newborn and 2 yr old (now 10 months and nearly 3) my 3 yr old is a fab walker, barely sits on it but likes a stand.
Both still love it!

We brought a buggy board in case he got tired after walking etc and it’s been a life saver!

My baby hated the pram until 3 months, and we used the baby carrier until the with my first in travel stroller. We then got a double (but my first was only 2years 4 months when the baby arrived, and definitely doesn’t walk everywhere). I love the double but it may be that you don’t actually need a pram for the little one until your older one is closer to 4yo. I’d wait and see how you feel then.
