I need some advice 🫶🏼
We are due to meet my mother in law for a walk today around our local forestry. It’s forestry England so the paths have been topped etc but not tarmac smooth. My baby is 11 days old and we have the mamas and papas Occaro with the bassinet we would use but I’m worried the paths are going to be too rough? If I was going on my own I’d put him in a carrier but MIL wants to push the pram. Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks

Put the next stage of the pram on, it lies flat! And baby will be far comfier and strapped in xx

Take both, she can push an empty pram if it is too rough xx

Take the carrier with you incase it gets too much. Roll an extra blanket into a sausage shape then curve it into a u shape around baby’s legs and feet to help support them in place in the bassinet

Babies aren't made of glass! They'll be fine in the pram. If it disturbs baby then wear them - MIL can push the pram while he's happy in the pram.

Inhave this pram, the front wheels can lock in place to help while going over bumpy, uneven surfaces and you also can use the seat instead of the carrycot as it can lay down! Xx

I'd take the carrier. You don't want to damage the pram ramming it over uneven ground. MIL can carry the baby if she's that bothered 🤣

Totally fine in the pram. We’ve gone on plenty of forest walks with both our kids in the bassinet. The rough paths jiggle them to sleep 😂

Do you have Apple Maps ? Can you click the “look around” option and view the path ? So you kind of have a heads up on what to expect
