My LO is 11 months and feeds after she wakes up, after both naps and before bed. Then she usually wakes 1 or 2 times per night and feeds.
She is a huuuuuuge foodie and eats 3 meals plus 2 snacks a day. Her portion sizes are quite large haha but she never seems full and is a healthy 10kg. She is in size 2 clothes but she is really tall.
At 12 months I'd like to start reducing the breastfeeding but I have no idea how to start. She loves her milk. I don't want to pump and give bottles to try steer her away from the breast that way so what other methods? Do I just start replacing with cows milk? I'm not sure she will like that especially being from a bottle which she has only ever tried twice and refused it.

I moved my son onto munchkin gentle transition bottles I think they’re called and used formula he would never take cows milk. I wasn’t in a rush to stop breastfeeding but started that at 12 months and by 15 he had fully weaned himself off me x
