Doula
Can anyone recommend a doula in London? Ideally someone with a medical background.
Would love to have one to prepare me and support me during labour.

20 week scan!

What position is your baby??
I’ll be 31 weeks tomorrow I went to the the er for pelvic pain a week ago and babygirl is breech literally has been kicking my cervix she is so low my 2 boys was head down around this point so I’m kinda worried

Exhausted
I'm 31 1/2 weeks and absolutely exhausted. Sinuses have been killing me and have been having cramps off and on for the last few weeks. I need more sleep 😴 anyone else?
