So I’m 18mpp I nurse my girl about 3-5 time a day. I pump once at work I only get 1-1.5oz. I can’t seem to get any more. Any suggestions? I would like to get closer to 2oz.

How long is your shift? I know if you want more milk volume you want to pump every 2 hours ish depending. But at the same time I understand that’s hard if you’re doing a standard 8hr shift.. not sure what line of work you’re in. But I think you are obligated to pumping when you need to, but not a 100% sure! I know legally they have to provide you a space if pumping out n a workspace. And possibly a fridge..?
Milk supply is “supply and demand”. So if you make the demand (pumping/nursing/cluster feeding) you’ll make a supply.
Not sure if it was body wise, or demand but I was exclusively bf, and I didn’t use a pump till 4/5 months. But I did use the haakaa suction pump on opposite nipple since birth due to stress of not producing enough. Due to the medical industry! They put so much pressure. (Also from a nurse friend, I heard growth charts are based on formula fed baby’s only. Which obviously a baby fed oil will gain weight faster. Especially when my friend said her formula fed baby

Was advised so do 26oz of formula a day.. crazy!?)
But yeah, you could do cluster feeding with the pump? But at the same time I’m not sure if you only feel comfortable with one feed a day at work. Or what your work situation is!
Buuut at the same time; you’d just have to change the intensity every couple minutes. I’d look into it/experiment. Every body is different at the end of the day. But cluster feeding is the natural way to get your body to feel the demand to make the supply!
That’s why baby’s do it, they’re not starving, they’re telling your body “hey, growth spurt is coming, make more” it’s a signal. Nothing to be confused with a negative.
