I am seriously struggling with transitioning from being a stay at home mom to being a working mom. I love my new job, I love doing things that dont revolve around motherhood again and talking to people but I hate the time that I am spending away from my daughter. She’s two and is used to me being at home with her so its a change for both her and I. Mom guilt has been eating me up lately and it makes me feel so sick to my stomach every time I have to leave her. Any moms have any tips on how to not feel so bad and to keep it together?

⁵I'm going through the same thing. I love my job, but I feel so bad. Yesterday was was the longest I've ever left them for and it was 4.5 hours. Luckily I was able to leave them with my mom, and she said it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Just give yourself grace and your baby too.
