My little girl has always fed or been bounced to sleep. She will fall asleep in the car if tired enough or in the carrier as long as it's quiet around her. She doesn't self settle otherwise and I'm finding ithe naps/nights so draining. I don't know if anyone is or has been in the same boat? Did you sleep train?

Same boat!!! And currently he's so clingy that unless he's got a boob, he won't sleep. So as soon as I take it out he wakes up

My baby has been the same way! We've done a little bit of sleep training and hes been starting to learn how to self soothe a bit with his pacifier, but we still have to rock him to sleep or fed him in the middle of the night

The ferber method! We'll let him cry for no more than 3-5 minutes depending and then rock him back to sleep or just pat his back while hes still laying in his crib. We kinda base it off his cries though, if he immediately starts screaming crying we'll go in right away to make sure hes okay but if hes just fussing a little bit thats when we give him the chance to get back to sleep himself.
Half the time he just needs help finding his pacifier. Most nights it still takes like 1-1.5 hours to get him back to sleep when he wakes up in the middle of the night though
