I’m close to Wigan and always happy to make mum friends 🥰 I have an almost 3 year old and 2 month old. If there’s any other local mums we could make a group chat!

Mum friends - how do people make friends?!

Finding it super difficult to make mum friends at the moment! My little boy is nearly 10 months and I haven’t succeeded in anything more than a few messages or if I talk to people in person at a baby class, it’s just a quick small-talk convo and it never goes anywhere! Feeling a bit deflated because I’d love to have a small group of like minded mums to chat to as none of my friends are in the same stage of life as me ❤️

Sorry to sound mopey, just feeling a bit lonely!

Would you have an issue if your male partner made a new female friend?

So not someone he knew before he met you, just a new person that he met through work, hobbies, mutual friends or whatever, and became friends with.
Assuming the new friendship is the same as his existing friendships, and the ONLY difference is that the new friend is a female

Ladies help. Me and my husband just don't have sex anymore.

After the baby we had sex a few times in the first few months but now it's probably been about 3 months since we last had sex. I'm 11.5 months postpartum. My sex drive used to be low. It ain't super high now but I want sex but my husband is always tired. Granted he worked shifts and it's been hard trying to find time to fit it in around baby's schedule and his work schedule but now he's off work for a couple of weeks and he just doesn't initiate. Neither do I anymore because I can't be asked with the rejection. So I've resorted to masturbating and a vibrator but I want some real flesh man I'm bursting. I posted on another chat before and ladies said he sounded depressed etc as he doesn't look after himself well with eating and always being tired but how do we get out of this rut? Other aspects of our marriage is good but sex is important and at this point I feel like I'm begging.

Christmas 🎄

I know it’s a little early, but what is everyone buying their little ones for Christmas?

Does seeing others achieve /do well motivate you in life?

I know when I see others doing great and doing what I want to do it should motivate me to think I can also be like them and achieve but it just has the opposite effect on me and makes me depressed. Not for lack of trying but because some aspects in my life are not changing for the better as quick as I would like. How to get out of this rut and maybe stop being envious/jealous?
