Bedtime

What time are you putting your babies down for bed? Mine is 7.5 months old and she is in bed by 6.30pm latest. Some days around 6.20ish. She sleeps through until 6am, no wake ups which is amazing but I’m curious what time other people put their little ones down? I’ve wondered if she needs to go down earlier even as she’s exhausted some nights and when I’ve tried putting her later it doesn’t shift her wake time later in any case. Her naps in the day are 35 mins in the morning and about 1 hour or so at about 12.50pm. She doesn’t take any naps after that

I’ve started to follow the 3/3/4 wake window schedule . So it’s all depending on when she wakes up now . But usually around 6-7!

Sounds like whatever you’re doing works really well! How come you want to change it? Longer sleep in the morning ? 🫶

My son is almost 8 months and he goes down around 8pm and sleeps to 7.30am

630ish for our 7 month old. If your routine is working stick with it!! My little girl is still waking for comfort during the night which will eventually resort to co sleeping if she is up too much 🙈

My nearly 7 month old likes to be in bed by 6/6.30, I never followed sleep training, just go by when his tired but that seems to be the standard time he wants to go to bed

It usually ends up around 7:30pm once we finish our evening routine, then wakes around 8am! Wakes up a *minimum* of 2 times throughout the night to feed x

When do things get easier?

As we entered the 9-12 month stage, my son started crawling and pulling himself up. He also became more clingy and does not play alone, still doesnt sleep through the night, and this week has been sick (so EVERYTHING amplified). I am tired and overwhelmed. Please lie and tell me things get better. 🥺

Colostrum storing?

Has anyone successfully extracted colostrum before the baby’s born? Apparently it gets produced from 16w pregnant and you can start storing it in the freezer but I’m 34w looking at my nipples and the syringes on amazon wondering how it works?? Like what did you use and did it hurt? 🥲

Self settling

Any tips or advice of how to teach 6.5month old to self settle? I’m up multiple times in the night to cuddle her back to sleep and put the dummy in. I understand she will wake up and want a cuddle etc but any tips on self settling would be appreciated 🥰

Hi ya'll

Is anyone else's 4 month old randomly screeching now? I'm not sure what to do and she's been doing this for the past two days. She's usually a quiet happy baby so im not sure why she's doing this now. Aby suggestions?

Baby losing weight

Hi all, it's been a long time since I had a baby (my son is 15!). My daughter is 10 days old and was 9lb born, she has since lost weight at every appointment and is at a 12% loss. I am breast feeding every two hours for over an hour and topping her up every feed. I pump and can get 60ml in 10 minutes so I know my supply is okay. Anyone had this before? Can give me some tips? I currently feel like I'm letting my baby down.
