18 month sleep regression

Ii need help, I don’t know how much longer I can do this. My daughter’s 17 months old and for the last month doesn’t want to sleep, she’s up for HOURS in the middle of the night crying and nothing soothes her (rocking, sitting beside her, patting her butt, nothing) when will it end and how do I get through it. I’m a SAHM to two kids (almost 3 year old boy). All day all she does is cry and barely eats. She goes to sleep at 7:30 and the latest she’ll sleep is 6 (being up for 2-4 hours) and naps from 12:30-2. But she wakes up SOBBING. She used to be sleep trained but recently is regressing. She would still always wake up 2 ish times a night but would fall asleep pretty fast. HELP PLEASE. Thank you
