Reward system opinions

So I had this idea of giving Ava a reward system after she cleaned up without anyone asking. We then made a little sticker wall and now have sticker dollars she can use to buy things at her store. She only earns them by doing good deeds, brushing teeth, picking up toys, not giving up, etc. the sticker dollars range from 1-5 depending on what she does she can earn more. Right now we just have big prizes set up and am working on getting smaller things for her and getting things for us to make a bank

First time mom! Moved to a new state, no family and it’s so hard to make consistent reliable friends

How are people making friends because it seems to me that unless you went to school with them it’s so hard to make friends especially like-minded friends, moving to a new state and not having family around, it’s been rough trying to navigate being a mom and not having an outlet with friends so that you can feel like yourself!

Why is it so hard to make mom friends?

I've found it really challenging to make mom friends since having my baby. Why is it so tough to connect, and does anyone have tips for actually building real friendships as a mom? Its driving me mad. I just want to find my bestie. I understand everyone is busy. I'm a bad texter myself. But its so hard here 😫

Hey Girlie
