We’re currently on 4 naps but trying to get down to 3 to see if it improves nighttime sleep.

Mostly 3 but sometimes 2 or sometimes 4. Honestly I just let her lead.. when she's tired we go take a nap and sometimes that's often and sometimes it's not

Mainly 2 but wpuld prefer 3

We're on three naps, but they only last 30-40 minutes, which isn't enough for my little one. She sleeps all night (which I know makes us so, so lucky!!), but she seems to spend most of the day tired and then cranky. Trying to lengthen wake windows makes no difference to how long she sleeps. So tough to work out how best to help them, isn't it!

We are on 3 but if she does her mid nap for 2.5 hours then just 2 that day

3 but I’m actually going back up to 4 as I think he’s over tired. So we are trying that to see if it helps nighttime sleep 🤣

How are you all fitting 4 in? My baby sleeps about 9 or 10 hours at night and three naps of about 1 to 2 hours and bedtime is still really late. He goes to sleep at midnight, up at 10, nap 12 to 1.30 nap 4 to 6, nap 8 to 9 30pm

We were only able to do contact naps and he would have 3 a day but then I started sleep training a month ago which told us to forget about wake windows and he now does 2 naps independently in his cot (1st one about 1.5- 2hr and 2nd one about 1hr) . His first 2 wake windows are 4hrs and the last ones around 2-3hrs, and he sleeps great - wakes 2 times for a quick feed (BF) x
My gorg girl is finally here due sept 29th born on the 7th sept 01:59 weighing a gorg 3870g, i went into spontaneous labour on tuesday morning woke up with the worst contractions which throughout the day got worse got to the hospital was 6cm dilated, made it to 9cm unmedicated before baby girl decided to go back to back in the last 1cm!! Bare in mind she was in the same position since 26weeks ahaha they knew her shoulder was going to get stuck and she was born with shoulder dystocia but no broken bones or sprains! So i had to get the epidural- anyone pregnant with a back to back baby the back contractions were the worst pain i ever felt in my life… anyways, forceps later and a small episiotomy as well - which literally after a day its healing really well down there and her tiny forceps scars are healing well as well. We are both so well and the hospital did an amazing job, another reason for epidural was they had to get her out quick as her heart rate was dropping so i had to push like asap they gave me 5 mins before the red button was pressed and a bunch of doctors ran in ahah, so far from my birth plan as i wanted to do 100% unmediated and in a water pool but at least i didn’t end up in c section and managed to push baby girl out! One of the hardest things ive ever done in my life but she is perf ❤️

Help - my 4 week old has hit an episode every night now without fail that she is waking up every hour/2 for a feed which I think is ok for this age? But she is such a struggle to get back down to sleep and just makes constant squeals moans for about an extra hour before she is in proper sleep - would a dummy help her settle ? Can we introduce only at night?!

How many words does your 18mo have? We've got about 6/7 and have been told by nursery and the health visitor thats the lower end/slightly behind. She understands very well, but rarely uses the words she knows and was a late babbler.
Just wondering if anyone else had been through the same with any advice to help her speech?

My baby is on cow and gate and has been for the last 2 weeks. I introduced breast alongside but she is refusing to latch because of the confusion and is getting frustrated when I’m trying to feed. However I’ve now stopped (for my mental state) she’s now showing signs of being very uncomfortable and straining and isn’t pooing until over 48 hours. We have been to the doctors and they have said because she is showing signs of uncomfortableness and straining to switch formulas. However they said not to use cow and gate comfort as it sits in the stomach longer.
Does anyone have any recommendations for formula that will help her bowels?

Hey ladies!
I am a woman on the edge. My baby has not had a single poo in the last 3 days that hasn’t escaped out of her nappy somehow. We’re using pampers which are supposed to be poonami proof! Is my baby just an aggressive pooper?!
Thoughts, prayers and advice needed please ❤️
