How do I know when to size up in diapers. My daughter is 3 months old and I’ve been using size 1. But it’s leaving red diaper marks on her thighs, bum and her belly. When should I size up? I was told when her blowouts are no longer contained. But they usually are. I used one size 2 today just to try it out and I liked how it fit her. Should I keep using 2s. For the record this girl has some THICK thighs 😅 so chubby!!!! Anyway when did you all size up? Thank you!

size up when there's leaks or indents in bubbys thighs or belly

Tbh i think most mamaS know best. If its not a comfortable fit… time to move up.

My son is also 3 months but hes wearing a size 3. I usually size up when hes at the higher end of the recommended weight. Also when he has more than a few blowouts, its usually time to size up.😁

I sized up when marks appeared on mine or leaks happened frequently he was a size 1 as a newborn but was 9.13lbs he’s 13 months and size 5 now at 22lbs

I size up when there’s red marks on my baby or when she passes the weight recommendation. We didn’t go by blowouts cause if we did she’s still be in smaller sizes, definitely go by what looks to tight

My rule: tight on legs and belly, blow outs for 2 days and there’s barely extra room at the bottom of the diaper (should be 2 finger width room at the bottom of the diaper to collect pee)

If it’s rubbing move up a size

Thanks everyone! Looks like I’m sizing up! I was in denial bc, not my little girl!😭😭😩😩. She has chonky legs too!! Size 2 it is! Thank you!

I have my babe in size 3 as of few days ago definitely a better fit:) was in denial too

After the second blowout I’d size up
We live in a small village and the 2 nearest cities are around 45 minutes from us. Seems silly to get the baby out for the sake of 15 minutes

Hey everyone, looking for advice on navigating some tough stepfamily dynamics.
My partner and I have been together for a while. There was a lot of drama with his ex at the beginning, so the kids didn't like me initially. I get why the transition was hard, but we're running into a wall now that I gave birth.
The 12-year-old daughter has been super moody and upset about the pregnancy, especially stressing over whether it's a girl (we waited till I gave birth to find out the gender). On a recent FaceTime (which included the ex and the 17yo son), she literally sat in the background the whole time texting, ignoring us completely.
It really unsettled me especially the thought of her resentment if I had a daughter. I gave birth to a baby boy but still.
How do you guys handle stepkids who are openly resentful about a new baby, and how do you set boundaries with FaceTime calls when the ex is involved? Any advice is appreciated!

So recently my 2 year old has learned that he gets mad/ frustrated . Some girl took the ball from him like 2 times and the 3rd time he got mad and kinda growled but like when you’re mad. Then I bought him Legos and he’s learning some pieces are hard to stick together well he built a tower and screamed I’m mad right now ! And I told him it’s ok take a deep breath and let’s pick them up. And I just started reading tiny humans big emotions. Now I guess I better hurry up but for now how do you guys handle situations like these especially in public I know it starts at home but I need advice for both just so I don’t tell him the wrong thing and make him feel like he can’t cry or have feelings

Last night was one of the most frightening and emotionally overwhelming nights I’ve experienced in a long time, and I’m honestly not sure what to do.

Just fully changed vest and pjs number 4 or 5 in 24 hours oh myyyyyy. Between sneaky pees while changing nappy, poop or pee leak, and spit ups my washing is crazy! Usually 2 sleeping bags and at least 1 new sheet per each night also due to spit ups in bed 😖😖😖 ps spit ups are small but somehow with angle he soaks his whole arm so I have no choice… And of course they HATE the changing and scream!
