Hi any nursing bra recommendations as I’m 8 weeks into my breastfeeding journey and boobs have decided to be asymmetrical and so sensitive. Any good supportive nursing bra recommendations as currently using some from primark. And other advice around nursing welcome !

Mom cozy are soo soft and supportive but also M&S do some good bras too. I've got the soft sports bra looking type ones from M&S

I've got mom cozy second hand off vinted but there are some new ones on there too for half the price

Mom cozy 100%!! I personally wouldn’t recommend M&S if you have bigger boobs.

m&s maternity bras are so comfy and they unclip at the cups. i still wear it often even though i’m not breastfeeding anymore
We live in a small village and the 2 nearest cities are around 45 minutes from us. Seems silly to get the baby out for the sake of 15 minutes

My milk has just come in today. I was just wondering how do I shower as I’ve heard a lot of mixed advice. Am I supposed to leave my bra on in the shower?

My infant is 8 weeks old and I love her more than anything but it’s getting a little overwhelming as I feel like a single mom sometimes. My boyfriend is in school and he works part time which I understand he can’t help but during the night he never gets up to feed her a bottle and I am barely getting any sleep. During the day when he is home he is mostly playing video games and only really helps for maybe an hour or two. I have her all day which is also hard because she is in the habit of not wanting to sleep in her bassinet but on me so I honestly never have time to take a nap, shower or even cook sometimes. I tried bringing it up but it just made him feel bad and nothing changed. I would love advice on how to talk to him about this without making him upset.

I am overwhelmed by the amount of strollers options and prices, I have a 3 month old and I would like an easier stroller to take in and out of the car that has pockets and big storage space underneath. Any recommendations? Also something that I would be able to add a second kid in the future.

Hi ladies
I’m around five weeks postpartum after a forceps delivery, an episiotomy and tearing. Today I noticed some urine leakage when I needed to go to the toilet, and I’ve also been feeling heaviness and pressure in my vagina. I tried jogging yesterday, so I’m wondering whether I overdid it and that’s why I’m feeling sore today.
Has anyone experienced something similar? What helped with your recovery, and how long did it take before you started feeling like yourself again?
I’m also hoping to be intimate with my husband around six weeks postpartum, but I’m feeling quite nervous after everything. How did you ease back into sex, and how did you know you were healed and ready? Did you have a check with your GP or a pelvic floor physio first?
I’d really appreciate hearing your experiences—both with recovery and feeling comfortable and confident again. 🤍
