I have been having some insane amount of anxiety lately. My baby is 2 months old and I see it getting worse and worse. My body gets so sweaty and panicked so easily. Could this be a postpartum thing I made an appointment with my primary but what can I do to calm myself down?

I experienced the same exact thing and am going through it currently. Mu baby is also 2 months old! I spoke to my OBGYN and Psychiatrist and they put me on Zoloft! I was fine for the first couple weeks and all of the sudden I started getting anxious too and panicky. I think it’s because I go back to work soon and sending her to daycare! Most likely post partum anxiety!

I went through the same thing with my first and I have been using coping strategies like deep breathing and yoga that helps too. Also I try to figure out the triggers and I had a therapist I spoke with to talk things through. I never ended up on medication but it’s always an option if you need it.
My baby has always been a fantastic sleeper and would sleep through the night in her cot. Shes never slept in our bed. She would fall asleep on us and transfer over to her cot easily. Recently she is crying every time we put her down and waking multiple times in the night.
Has this happened to anyone else? It’s been a week now and I don’t want to make a habit of her sleeping in my bed when we’ve done so well up until now.

Baby is 9 weeks - we’ve been out to shopping centre/family but I panic so much thinking about his feeds - mainly, how will I make his milk when out/ will he run out?
I usually take ready made milk and feel ‘safe’ around shops as I can always buy milk if we run out. I’ve stoped this now as it’s too expensive and I have everything I need to prepare his milk.. so no excuse!
I always take so many bottles/ rapid cool/ flask with hot water / bottle with cool boiled water - I have everything but it causes me so much anxiety especially when I see others preparing milk with ease and confidence!
I just can’t work out the best way to prepare his bottles when out.
Also, as I take sooo much stuff as I don’t want to run out - I can’t fit everything into my bag 😩🙈
What do you find works for you? Thank you

I combi feed my baby. Based on advice from relatives (lol) I was told when it comes to bottle feeds, especially at night feeds, just prepare them before we go to bed then reheat when needed.
My health visitor has come and advised against that due to bacteria growth. We thought this may be a reason why baby is in discomfort due to upset tummy.
To make life easier at night I’ve just gone back to breast feeding as he will cry the place down if he has to wait at night lool. If I have to make a bottle from scratch does anyone recommend at cooling device I can use?
Thank you x

Ok our dryer just broke but it’s not mine it’s my moms who I live with. They don’t want to buy a new due to financial situations. Me and my husband would buy it but my mom’s husband doesn’t want to put in and doesn’t even speak to us. So getting a new one is on hold but I need to wash my husbands uniforms like 3 times a week. And I’m down to hand wash them the problem is them drying and smelling like mildew. So has anyone ever tried a portable dryer or any recommendations on what to do cause we’ve been doing the laundry mat and it’s adding up with us doing laundry multiple times a month.

My 3 month old (just turned) if not asleep will just scream and cry whenever awake, we maybe get 5 minutes maximum where we can interact/play because the rest of the time she is so unhappy!
I dont know if I want help, ideas of what could be the cause, reassurance, just anything right now 🫠🥹 ps. It's not just when she's tired, it's all the time x
