Any advice on how to make my toddler sleep a whole night on his bed?

Any advice on how to get him to sleep a whole night on his bed? He is usually really good at sleeping but he doesn’t sleep in his bed a whole night, he will come to our bed during the night then we put him back to his bed and he will wake up again 2-3hrs later and come to our bed again and the cycle continues🤣. I have even tried putting mattress next to me for a few days to get him used to being in his “bed” a whole night but even with the mattress he still wakes up and wants to be in my bed🤯. Never used to be like this it got like this when he became a toddler haha

No advice but here to offer solidarity! I'm in the exact same position, mine has slept through the night exactly 2 times his whole life 🫣

How long has he been in his own bed for? I had similar with my daughter where I slept in her bed with her x

Wishing you luck. We didn’t get full nights until my stepdaughter turned 5. (6months ago) Although adding a weighted blanket and weighted stuffed animal helped the process. Now she sleeps all night every night. But someone still has to lay with her until she falls asleep because She still won’t accept going to bed on her own. She also runs hot and has a hard time falling asleep if it’s too warm.
The fact that she still sleeps with mom (mom lives alone) made the transition take much longer than what I think it would have.

If he's under 3, he unfortunately may not have the impulse control yet to just stay in his own bed. He wakes up, he wants to be in your bed, and since nothing is stopping him, he goes there. I don't know if anything will help this except for repetition and consistently putting him back, but it may be outside of his developmental ability to stay put right now.

I have a boy the same age and had my daughter last spring, my husband sleeps in his bed with him and I sleep in my bed with little girl, it’s a sacrifice me and my man have had to make to ensure everyone gets a decent night sleep but we are starting to try days where my husband stays in with me and only goes to him if my son cries for him in the night (which obviously he does but it’s getting later)

I have a 2yrs old little one who does that too, but we keep taking her back to her bed, and we tell her how it’s more comfortable for her. She now spends more there and whenever she wakes she just wants us to tuck her in again and maybe lay with her for some minute.
It’s not nice having to get up multiple times.
He’ll probably adjust in time🤗🤗

Co sleeping? Is it dangerous?

I had been co sleeping with my 6 month little girl for the past month, I met up with my friend who’s a nurse and she told about an 8 month old baby passed away due to co sleep (rolled on her tummy and couldn’t move).
It really scared me so the past week we have transferred her to her cot (still next to our bed) but she is wakes 7-10 times a night and I’m exhausted and struggling so bad.
Do you guys co sleep or has anyone successfully got their co sleeping baby into their cot?
Any advice would be amazing❤️

Baby found voice

My 10 month old has found her voice, it doesn’t bother me during the day of the pterodactyl screeching or weird sounds but for the last week now she will not go to sleep when it’s bed time, she’s up hours on end making sounds. Did this happen to anyone else’s baby? Did anyone find a way to make them go to sleep ?

7 month regression?!

My baby has usually slept through the night, until now... She wakes at least once or twice through the night. She won't settle unless I feed/or rock her back to sleep.

I've heard of different methods to help them self soothe back to sleep.. how do you manage this? She just doesn't want to settle, sometimes she is awake for a few hours before finally sleeping again. And sometimes she wakes as soon as I lay her down which then sometimes takes me another hour to settle.

Bras after breastfeeding

Can anyone recommend some good bras now that I’ve finished breastfeeding and I’ve got 2 half empty sacks? 🤣
I’ve tried the brands Lounge, Boux Avenue (no underwire) and NEXT (underwire.)

They either slip underneath during the day or towards the middle 🥴💕

Can’t get baby back to sleep

My baby is currently awake and won’t go back to sleep if I put him down.

I asked my husband 3 times to help but he won’t because he worked until 8.30pm and is working all day tomorrow which I think is BS excuse. He thinks because he works long hours 6 days a week he doesn’t have to help

Group B Strep

I've just been reading an article about the risks of having Group B Strep and passing it onto your baby. Has anyone been tested on the NHS or paid for private testing? Just wondering if this is something I should do....
