I did this with my first for this reason! Best decision we made for her x

Ferber method, it was a tough 3 days but every night when she fell asleep she slept through the night pretty much

She’s a great sleeper now! She’s 3!

I used sleep training with my first. My soul was broken. It was all I had left to try. She was 10 months at the time. Xx

I sleep trained my son using the Ferber method when he was 10 months but I will 100000% do it earlier this time! Xx

I did with my first when she was 6/7 months as I was broken. We did Ferber. Was best thing we ever did and she’s a great sleeper now at 3. Will be doing it with my baby boy when he’s 6 months too if we need to

For Mamas that did Ferber, when did you first get a long stretch? We are on day 2 but my wee one keeps waking up after every cycle and crying himself to sleep … a desperate mama here, it’s like I am being ripped apart

Sorry for the late reply, just seen the notification. We got it straight away. Are you putting him down awake at first? Or feeding/rocking to sleep? How are his days? Feeding well? Is he having appropriate amount of day sleep, and is his wake window long enough before bedtime?
Sorry lots of questions there but all things to check, Also make sure little one isn’t teething right now as that won’t help x

Are you just doing nights? I found days where a no go to start with.

Mounjaro

Is mounjaro allowed to be taken whilst breastfeeding? I’m not on it yet, but considering it as it’s the only thing that helps me lose some weight due to my health conditions.

Tired 10 weeks postpartum mum needing reassurance from formula-feeding mums 🙏

Hi mums, I’m 10 weeks postpartum and feeling so burnt out. My baby doesn't latch, so I’ve been pumping and mixed feeding. Pumping is exhausting me, and I’m really thinking about quitting.

Because I work in healthcare, the guilt is hitting me hard and I keep overthinking the benefits of breast milk. But my mental and physical health are slipping.

Would love to hear from moms whose babies are 100% formula-fed. Please tell me your formula babies are thriving and that you got your sanity back! Need some reassurance today. 🙏

Bedtime

When should I start getting my little one into a bed routine? He’s 2 months old and will go to bed with me.. normally I don’t go to bed until 10pm due to having other kids and cleaning up etc.. but is it a good idea to be getting him into his own routine and setting up a monitor in his cot or is it too early for him?

Sleep regression

Does anyone know how long this sleep regression lasts? My son has gone from sleeping through to being up every hour for the last two weeks, I'm soooo tired!!🥲

Back sleeping!!

I’m 23+3 as still sleeping on my back. I can’t for life of me stay on side. I did buy one of those huge U shape pillows but I don’t find it comfy then end up chucking it on floor in middle of night. I think it’s kinda fine until 3rd Tri. Just want to know if anyone else is really struggling to stay on there side and end up on back!

7 week old baby won’t sleep

I’m genuinely at a loss. My 7 week old will not sleep on a night time. Everytime she falls asleep in my arms I go to put her down and she wakes up instantly is awake for hours afterwards
