My husband makes passive aggressive remarks that I baby trapped him and to be honest it’s causing me to have tremendous resentment towards him not just because of the remarks but I feel some of the things he does is because he truly believes I baby trapped him.

Oh my Lord get rid of him

You have every right to feel your emotions. Your emotions are valid. Babies put so much pressure on all relationships and can cause a rift between even the strongest couples.
The hardest decision I ever made was leaving my partner who was not supporting me and my toddler financially and emotionally. It’s been a struggle - I’m not going to lie - but I take each step as it is and celebrate the little wins
Every situation is different. I understand that.

If he feels so "trapped", let that POS go. You deserve better honey. 💔 But obviously of course sue him for child support and also alimony if you have been staying home to take care of your baby

Ugh
He is cracking under the pressure of being a parent and is deflecting his insecurities by blaming you for something he participated in.
If he truly believes this and you’ve already tried talking, move on. He won’t help and may make parenting and living more difficult.
He keeps making passive aggressive remarks insinuating that I purposely got pregnant. when I ask him if he truly believes that he says no he’s just joking. I think it angers me so much too because this baby is a literal miracle. Not only should she not be here, if she didn’t come I’d be dead.

Simple. Tell him he's free to go

Might want to let him know that this isn't prison and he is free to leave but he was there when the baby was made. If he thinks that you were responsible by messing with pills or whatever it might be worth reminding him that he could have taken charge of precautions if he was so worried that could be an outcome

My ex’s favorite narrative and ironically it’s what he (looking back) actually did intentionally to me.🙄 It definitely takes some of the joy out of the parenting experience, hope that you have some form of support and can get out safely.
My partner does his own washing (great!) and I do mine and our toddler’s.
Sometimes I put toddler’s clothes straight in the washing machine if they are ditched, with a view that I’ll do a load later.
But this morning, my partner needed to do a load of washing and instead of washing our toddler’s clothes with his (toddler had a vest, jumper, and a top), my partner took our toddler’s clothes out, put them on the side, so he could wash his own clothes???
Why not just chuck our toddler’s clothes in with his?
This has happened twice now and he’s never washed our toddlers clothes

Has anyone had the flu jab during pregnancy and feeling absolutely horrendous? I had the jab last Friday and since Saturday I have been absolutely written off, blocked nose, terrible chesty cough, headache and sweats. Wondering whether I should of got it done in the first place 😭😭

Just want peoples opinions. So today I was in a children’s charity shop with my 6 month old and she was asleep in her pushchair. A boy who looked maybe 8-10 years old came over to us and patted her gently over her blanket. I was a bit taken back and then he went away and came back 10 mins later and asked me “what did I just do to your baby?” And I replied “you stroked her” then I asked him if he was with his mum or dad and he said no he’s with his tutor. I could see the man on the other aisle. I felt uncomfortable and just walked away with my pushchair. She stayed asleep the whole time. Am I being really silly in feeling scared at the time? Maybe it’s my anxiety after my baby was born as she nearly died or maybe it’s just normal that I was scared? I feel bad as I don’t know if he was special needs? It seemed like it but I just felt strange about it all

Any advice/tips on weeing after birth? I had my baby girl yesterday and I’ve got a second degree tear, very close to third degree. I’m in so much pain with going to the toilet. I’ve got a peri bottle and spritz for bits for after but has anyone got any other recommendations that helps the stinging? I’m drinking lots of water to make sure my urine isn’t concentrated too

Hello! Can I ask what do you all think of ice pack pads and do we need them?

How do people manage through the day with a baby who will NOT under any circumstance let you put them down for just one second. When she is being held she is silent/content/asleep but the literal second I try put her down on any surface she goes absolutely mental screaming and crying.
My baby literally does not sleep through the day - I’ve seen other posts saying similar but wow😵💫 Exhausting.
