Extreme pubic bone pain

I'm 36 weeks today and have been experiencing really bad pubic bone pain. But these past two days, it's gotten so bad I can't walk without crying. Has anyone been through this? If so, what was done about this? Thanks for replying in advance!

Ugh it's horrible isn't it!
My midwife referred me to a physiotherapist who gave me some exercises and a belly band to wear which helped. They will also give you crutches if it is that bad too.
Perhaps see if your midwife can help? Hope it eases for you! It's horrible! X

Heya this sounds like pelvic girdle pain/ SPD. Soo painful. What helps me is relaxing my pelvic floor, take really small steps, don’t cross legs, and the belly band can help too. Not long to go now xx

I’ve had a few days like this and just had to rest as much as possible. Today hasn’t been as bad.
I use a microwave hottie on the area which helps a bit!

Labour?

Contractions have been regular then seemed to taper off a bit. Screenshot from my app. Is this actually labour? Each contraction is very painful and im sort of trying to breathe through them but also sometimes having to moan. I'm shattered as I've not slept a wink so far tonight as its been ongoing on and off all evening/night. Should I call triage and ask to be seen? Don't want a wasted 40min journey 🙈

Successful VBAC welcome to the world!

Waters broke at 36 plus 4, after 36 hours of labour, including the most intense contractions and pushing that I thought was impossible (you’ve got this ladies!) followed being cut open and stitched back up to get her out when she was stuck, my darling daughter Loretta was born at 5 pounds 5 🩷

12 week tests....

Hi girls, i need some advice as im at a loss and not sure what to go with when reading online, so when i went for my midwife booking appointment they mentioned tests that they woukd do at 12 weeks for such conditions like down syndrome ect i cant remember them all. They said i woukd speak to someone before hand to go through it all but i have my 12 week scan this Thursday and no ones been in contact and i dont know weather i should have the tests done or not, iv spoke with my partner and you know weve both said whats meant to be will be and if these test bring risks then i would rather avoid them as baby will be perfect however they are but id like opinions/advice and experiences please just so i have the best knowledge going forward, thank you ❤️❤️
