Transition for 2 naps to 1

How did everyone get on or is currently getting on with transitioning to 1 nap. We are on day 10 and i feel like we’ve broken her. She’s waking at all hours under the sun and settling back off most of the time but one of her wakes took her 2 hours to settle 🫩 She used to sleep about 10.5/11 hours at night and woke roughly the same time with in a 30 minute window each day. She’s generally napping okay 🤞but the nights are awful now. Is this normal? Did everyone else have similar issues?
She needed to drop down to 1 nap as her bedtime was getting past 9PM but i feel almost guilty for changing her routine and her having such a hard time and much less sleep 😔

Maybe she doesn't need one nap, maybe she needs two shorter naps? It seems counter intuitive but when mine have had rough nights I put them to bed earlier than normal and it works every time. 'Sleep breeds sleep' has always been true for me. So maybe she's not ready for one nap a day yet but needs to be waking earlier from her second nap/shorter naps

Our nights were never great, but got realllllly awful when we transitioned to 1 nap. Its been about a month now and its a bit better, but to be honest not as good as when we were on 2. Is your bedtime quite early now? I've found pushing bedtime later (around 8pm) better than when we were doing a 7ish bedtime- from what I've read its just to long for most kids to be in bed so produces spilt nights. But could just be thats she is still adjusting to the 1 nap.. but if bedtime has got a lot earlier, maybe try incrementally pushing it later- its rubbish as eats into your evening, but ive realised all the times my boy has slept better is when he has a later night, but of course all babies are different and my boy still wakes up twice on his best nights!

Our babe generally tends to only sleep for 1 nap when shes at nursery and my parents 3 days a week. But at home were continuing with 2, for now.
Shes got into the habit of early morning wakings though and more distruptions during the night, not sure if its a sign to go for 1 nap days or just teething

Wing and up got the best. Do not let them sleep past 4hrs before bed time (at least that was the number for us)

Struggling

My baby just turned 3 weeks and although I was doing so well at the start, I feel like I’m being worn down now. I’m exclusively breastfeeding and my life being constant 2 hour increments of feeding, burping, changing and trying to soothe a fussy baby, then grabbing whatever scraps of sleep I can when he goes down is so exhausting. One of my boobs has now started hurting (not the nipple, the boob itself) and I’m so stressed at night trying to get through without my partner waking as he has work the next day. I’m not sure what I’m asking for, I suppose I’m just venting to feel less alone. I’m so grateful to have my baby, but this is so hard and I’m scared.

Stroller recommendations

Hi everyone

Can I please ask for stroller reviews from anyone who loves their strollers especially if you push it on cobblestones or rough terrain.

I have a mama’s and papas Flip TX3 which I absolutely hate! Everytime I use it I get back pain from steering it. It’s also super bumpy and makes me worry about baby but she seems not to mind. Baby is 4 months and we have only used it 5 times. If you have a Flip TX3 , does it get better when baby is older and can sit up?

I chose it because of the lie flat option as I didn’t get a bassinet and also because its foldable and we live on the first floor.

I really need something which is those two things but with great suspension.

Thank you
