Nooo I never feel guilty.....We all need rest! I get really annoyed if my kids nap while we're out as I know i won't be able to rest 🤣🤣
Your a mum not superwoman, you can't keep being on the go or you'll burnout!
Take time for you!

You deserve rest! Everyone does and your daughter especially needs to know that she deserves to rest and relax growing up and seeing you learn to rest.
Single momming is the hardest thing! (Except for being stuck in abuse AND basically single momming)
If we are anxious, had trauma or toxicity in the past, or even just the way we were raised, it’s so normal to feel guilty and unable to rest properly.
By you saying “mum” I’m assuming you’re not in the USA, and that getting a therapist where you are might be too long of a wait with barely any visits. So I understand if you can’t get therapy reliably or affordably. But if you can, if it’s available to you and affordable to you, it may be a good gift to yourself.
To unpack what causes your body to feel that guilt and restlessness even when you are in pain and pushed to exhaustion.
Also please get Endo checked if that’s not impossible. You deserve medical help!
Sending love.

Get in touch with "Talking therapy" you can get 8wks worth of sessions, can be zoom , face to face and book when convenient for you, of your child is under 2yrs you'll have priority, Also if your child is at nursery etc getting a facial or a pedi etc , Can be very beneficial for making sure your cup is full!..
I’m not usually one to be impatient and I do believe babies come when they’re ready (hence getting to 42+1 in my first pregnany).
However, I have a toddler and had a previous c-section. I’m scared about how continuing to get bigger will affect my scar / possibility of it rupturing.
I am booked for an elective section if baby is not here by next Monday - but I really would prefer a VBAC (for recovery with a toddler)
Did you do anything that you truly think helped bring on labour?

I am aware that the fear I am having is irrational but I am seeking similar stories and some re-assurance. I had a private scan which I thought was 9th week, it proved to be 13+3 weeks, despite rushing to book NHS appts, I missed the window for NT check against Down Syndrome. My blood test against the syndrome at 17 weeks came back low risk, my 20 week anomaly scan showed no concerns and everything is fine, including nuchal fold in norm. However, due to the fact I had no NT checked (I realised post private scan that it was just a basic one), I am kinda freaking out as I am 40, already feel guilty that I got my dates so wrong at the start, and the private examiner asked if I planned the blood tests which felt a bit odd. It might have been just a routine question, however it's stuck with me. Any similar stories? With happy ending of course 🙈😅

Hi all,
Had my 28 week scan and baby was measuring 67th percentile overall, but head at 97th percentile.
Freaking out that something is wrong with their brain and have to wait until Thursday for my 32 week growth scan.
Had a loss at 24 weeks last year and don't think I could cope with more bad news :(

Hey! Just been diagnosed with GD, I’m not sure how I feel about it other than trying my best not to overthink! Does anyone have any tips or has anyone else had GD? 🩷

Those who have experienced induction before, whether good or bad experiences, are you able to pinpoint why the outcome was good or bad? For example what week were you induced at and was there a point in the process that looking back was a good sign/sign things probably would not progress?
Hopefully this makes some sort of sense....
