Easy-to-use baby carrier

Can anyone please recommend a baby carrier that is really easy to use amd suitable for a December baby weighing 5.5kg. I have an ergobaby 360 for when baby is a bit bigger and have been using a sling until now but my baby doesn't seem to like it anymore so trying to find a carrier that is faff-free and easy to take baby off if he starts crying. Until I start using the ergo. Thanks!

I have been using a babybjorn one my son is 12 weeks today but he was just under six weeks premature and he loves it. Not sure how much they are my sister gave me it she used it with her youngest who's three and said she was able to use it until her daughter was 14 months I definitely recommend it

we use the momcozy my daughters 5.8kg she doesnt mind it as shes curious and likes to look around

Find a local sling library near you. You can try different carriers on. Different brands suit different body shapes and will be more comfortable for you and baby. They will also teach you how to put it on and wear it correctly.

I was going to buy an ergo baby after Christmas because it’s all over Instagram and then when I tried it on at the sling library it didn’t fit my frame- it was too wide and I couldn’t get the under arms tight enough.

I also had a small baby so they were helpful in showing me products with lower weight limits

Baby poops

I’m going alittle crazy! My ebf 11 week old for the past 3 weeks will only poop every 6 days. Brought it up to the pediatrician and I’ve done everything they told us to do. Bicycle kicks, tummy rubs, rectal temp check, warm baths and even a suppository. He is very low on the percentile like 9% so I feel like he isn’t holding on to the milk and about day 4 he is so uncomfortable. We took him to the ER Saturday and they did a xray and just told us he had gas. Went to a follow-up peds appointment and they started him on liquid Pepcid due to possible silent reflux. He burps & farts during/ after feeds. We give mylicon or gripe water for the gas discomfort which helps sometimes. I have a feeling this isn’t normal especially when he used to poop everyday.

Sex..

I’m really not interested at all 8 weeks post partum and my husband has been asking. I had a traumatic birth with forceps, an episiotomy and a small tear in vagina. We didn’t really have sex during pregnancy and that was fine as we were both a little weirded out by it!

I just wanted to check if others have felt the same!

8 week jabs

My boy had his 8 weeks jabs this morning, he has a temp of 38.2 and has had 3 lots of calpol. He will not settle unless on me and he’s so sad… complete opposite to his normal self😢 anyone else’s baby really struggle after their jabs? Think I’m in for a long night

Advice

My baby is 2 weeks old and it truly seems like she hates me.
I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong. My husband can easily calm her down but I can’t seem to do the same. She will be totally fine with him and the second he passes her to me, she will start crying.
I’m having a really hard time with it. Any advice?

Curious what everyone is planning to do with their placenta after birth. Has anyone tried encapsulation, or is anyone considering it?

I’ve been looking into the process and would love to hear real experiences, good or bad. Is it worth it?

BRUE ??

my baby randomly stopped breathing last night we had to call end it was the scariest thing ever .. he’s okay right now he has a room in the nicu and they’re keeping him overnight again. it’s gonna be so hard leaving him here while we go home 💔 they said it was just unexplained and something called BRUE??? he also has acid reflux and they mentioned baby asthma ? i’m so lost and so scared how do you even recover from this?! i’m scared for him to sleep at home when we sleep :(
