I know with autism a lot of children tend to wake up during the nighttime, my toddler wakes up every night and stays up for long periods of time, lets say he will wake up at 12 or 1am and then won’t go back to sleep around 4:00am or even 5:00am! Any advice you mamas have? Please let me know! Thank you!

I have the same problem. I don’t let her sleep till 11pm or 11:30pm makes a big difference for us. She will wake up at 9am however when I let her sleep before than she wakes up 2am or 4am.

Agreed I put my baby at 11 no naps in the daytime

I work at an aba center some of the kids come in later. Can you see if you can get a later time for your family?

Does he take any naps? If so maybe stop then and have him do something super active 2 hours before bedtime.
My son has the same problem but I’ve noticed that when he doesn’t take naps he’s more likely to sleep for a long time at night.

Same here a doctor prescribed one of my children sleep medicine since one is of age but I’m not comfortable I’m looking for an all natural vitamin or gummy they could take I don’t want my children on all those medications.

My daughter is the same way. Have you talked to her pediatrician? Ask for a referral to a behavioral psychiatrist and a sleep clinic.
Does anyone know how long this sleep regression lasts? My son has gone from sleeping through to being up every hour for the last two weeks, I'm soooo tired!!🥲

Hi mums! I'm an olive oil expert and would love to help you choose and use better olive oil for your family. What questions do you have, or what would you like to see in a helpful guide or PDF?

Hi everyone
Can I please ask for stroller reviews from anyone who loves their strollers especially if you push it on cobblestones or rough terrain.
I have a mama’s and papas Flip TX3 which I absolutely hate! Everytime I use it I get back pain from steering it. It’s also super bumpy and makes me worry about baby but she seems not to mind. Baby is 4 months and we have only used it 5 times. If you have a Flip TX3 , does it get better when baby is older and can sit up?
I chose it because of the lie flat option as I didn’t get a bassinet and also because its foldable and we live on the first floor.
I really need something which is those two things but with great suspension.
Thank you

My baby just turned 3 weeks and although I was doing so well at the start, I feel like I’m being worn down now. I’m exclusively breastfeeding and my life being constant 2 hour increments of feeding, burping, changing and trying to soothe a fussy baby, then grabbing whatever scraps of sleep I can when he goes down is so exhausting. One of my boobs has now started hurting (not the nipple, the boob itself) and I’m so stressed at night trying to get through without my partner waking as he has work the next day. I’m not sure what I’m asking for, I suppose I’m just venting to feel less alone. I’m so grateful to have my baby, but this is so hard and I’m scared.
