I’m working part time, but what feel like long days. My husband works fulltime. My mother is generous with watching my daughter on days that I work. I wanna start going to the gym with my husband but I don’t wanna ask my mom for too much. Idk what to do. How do you find the time.

I block only one hour a day during the week when my husband can watch my 18month old. Same time every day so he knows that’s my hour. That way I get to take gym classes 5days a week
