Whole milk?

So I started giving my little one whole milk with her bottle. (Literally just started) The other day I did 4oz Breast milk to 3oz whole milk and I’ve noticed anytime I give her something with whole milk this happens. Her doctors say it’s fine and it’s normal, just do smaller amounts and build up from there but has this happened to anyone else’s baby?! If so what did you do?

NOTE FROM DR.
“Reviewed photos, same advice as discussed over the phone. You can wash area with water after milk contact and you can also apply Vaseline as a barrier cream before feeds.
If rash spreads beyond contact area, or if she develops vomiting/fever/ breathing concerns/ swelling of lips or face or increased fussiness, please take her to be seen by a medical provider.
For now, just lower the amount of whole milk and slowly increase it over the next week.
Please feel free to call again if there's any other question.”

Baby poops

I’m going alittle crazy! My ebf 11 week old for the past 3 weeks will only poop every 6 days. Brought it up to the pediatrician and I’ve done everything they told us to do. Bicycle kicks, tummy rubs, rectal temp check, warm baths and even a suppository. He is very low on the percentile like 9% so I feel like he isn’t holding on to the milk and about day 4 he is so uncomfortable. We took him to the ER Saturday and they did a xray and just told us he had gas. Went to a follow-up peds appointment and they started him on liquid Pepcid due to possible silent reflux. He burps & farts during/ after feeds. We give mylicon or gripe water for the gas discomfort which helps sometimes. I have a feeling this isn’t normal especially when he used to poop everyday.
Pic so we don’t get lost

Leftover pregnancy/postpartum products

I have a load of leftover products either unopened or only used once, it seems a shame to throw them away any ideas what I can do with them? I don’t have any friends expecting or likely to get pregnant soon and I guess most places wouldn’t take them as donations? Based in London.

Feeling anxious and depressed

Hi everyone
Sorry about the subject I just want someone to talk to. I’ve been feeling anxious and depressed for a long time but since having my children I just don’t want them to see me sad and worried all the time.
I went to the doctors to discuss this with them and was recommended doing couch to 5k with no other help offered? Is this normal.
I understand exercise can sometimes help but I don’t have the time whatsoever as I have no family to help.
I cried my eyes out to this male doctor who offered a few leaflets and couch to 5k and ended it as that.
I left the room in tears.
I’ve never wanted to burden anyone with my problems so I’ve just kept silent about it ever since but I just want to feel happy again
I’m sorry for the sensitive subject

Milk leaking

Does anyone have any tips on how to stop milk leaking? After pumping I’ll put on a nipple pad but it gets soaked up and I leak through my tops/pyjamas.

Does anyone have any nipple pad recommendations? At the moment I’m just using the Boots own make.
