Marriage struggle

Anyone else’s marriage just been strained since baby arrival? I know most of it is lack of sleep as she’s never slept well but we’re both just surviving and basically just at each others throats all the time and now just feel so alone. He does a lot but I guess I feel resentful that I’m the one at home with her and so I’m never really appreciative. He says he’s burnt out and I’ve got main character syndrome and there’s no space for him to struggle. During most the wakes overnight he said ‘I’m not getting out of bed I help too much’. And that was that. Maybe he is right. But I don’t know what to do because I’m not coping . I miss our marriage

Yes it’s a horrible time and not talked about enough! It’s very normal apparently 🥲my husband started struggling with his mental health, it got so bad he was drinking all the time! He’d tell me he wasn’t sure what he wanted anymore didn’t know how he felt and got to the low of all lows and told me he liked someone else at work !
He’s at work while I’m at home with our 2 year old and 3/4 month old ! So you can imagine how that felt 🤦🏼‍♀️😅
We talked a lot he stopped drinking I done some therapy and I think men do struggle and don’t talk about it until they are really struggling. I did feel selfish because well we do make it about us ( because I’m my mind we have struggled the most 😅) hormones, body change, lack of sleep, and everything else that comes with becoming a mum!! But my experience made me realise they carry a lot too. I wanted to save our marriage because it was amazing before all this happened to me. Talk things through, write things down, communicate in the right situation

Challenging behaviour

I need help please! I am overwhelmed and sad. I am currently 17weeks pregnant with my second child amd my Son is 3 years and 10months old. He goes to nursery 3 days a week and over the past 6 months, he was said to have been exhibiting challenging behaviours such as hitting people, scratching and screaming when he is upset at nursery. He is different at home but when he's upset, he just cries at home. In nursery, he refuses to share toys or anything and hits at the slightest provocation. No one hits hum at hime so I don't know why he has developed such behaviours all of a sudden. His nursery manager has made us reduce his hours to 2 hrs 30 mins per day which is so tight for me as I work full time. I have tried talking to him, teaching him about safe hands and setting boundaries but nothing at all had changed, i don't know what else to do at this point. His dad (my husband) works far away and comes over the weekend, so there's only little that i can do. I need help please, any suggestions is welcomed.

Things to do on maternity leave

Has anyone got any suggestions of activities to do whilst on maternity leave?
We do swimming once a week and try to go to a play group as well as going for walks.
My LO is 8.5 months old and I’m getting fed up of being in the house as much as we are, so I’m sure my daughter is too!
We’re in Worcestershire area so any ideas/recommendations would be much appreciated 😊

Partner watching porn

I felt like my boyfriend was hiding something (again) and I checked his phone, I found lots of porn websites in his search history. I feel like shit, I feel like I’m not enough to anyone. He was never like this and I had a higher sex drive all of a sudden he needs more..
we’ve split up before and he said he started watching it then.. I’m 3 weeks postpartum and we’ve been intimate since and it breaks my heart knowing I’m not enough even tho I made sure his needs are met. I swear any other man would appreciate it, and I do take care of myself so why can’t I just be good enough? Everyone says he’s punching and I could definitely do much better than him, but I just wanted to work things out with him so much no one else mattered to me ever. How do I cope with this?

EYFS Nursery

Anyone encountered something in nursery that required some form of feedback or complain?

from what I’m reading, nurseries are supposed to meet individual baby needs and not make them follow nursery schedule.
But most time they said they tried, but never did and make baby follow their own time due to lack of staff.

For example when they r supposed to put baby to sleep or feed milk, they say they can’t (and tried) but in actual fact they have not tried. Inconsistent updates from different nursery staff as well.

I’m worried. If basic updates are inconsistent even. How are we even gonna be at ease when we send our babies there?

Is this fair or am I being emotional?

My son is a week and five days old, and I suggested that my boyfriend sleeps in the living room Sunday through Thursday because he works 12–14 hour days. On Friday and Saturday nights, he sleeps in the room with me to help, but honestly, he barely gets up for bottles or diaper changes. Most of the time, he just wakes up to keep me company, and sometimes when he does get up to get a bottle, he ends up falling asleep on the couch waiting for the bottle to finish warming up.
I know he works really hard and I’m genuinely grateful that he works so much so I can stay home with our son, and I don’t want him to feel like I don’t appreciate everything he does for us. At the same time, I’m exhausted and I feel like I need more actual help with the baby, not just company. I feel guilty even bringing it up because I know he’s tired too, but I’m also recovering and with a newborn and episiotomy stitches and I feel like I’m on the clock 24/7. Is it fair for me to ask him to sleep in the room and help even though he works or to just help more when he’s home or am I being too emotional about it? I’d really like to hear what other moms think. I also have a 17 week old puppy to take care of on top of everything 😓
