Is this normal? Literally whining and whinging all day long. If I say no or try to redirect he’s throwing himself on the floor… happy one minute then crying - for what seems like no reason. We are dealing with a speech delay and I know that won’t be helping.. but does this sound typical or indicative of an issue? Thanks 🙏

So normal. My LO is honestly a nightmare atm and I asked my mom about it, totally and annoyingly normal x

In January my LB turned into the whingiest kid I’ve ever known. Constantly whining and demanding and tbh he still does. But he’s gotten a LOT better since I’ve tried to consistently ignore whinging and I’ve responded with “ask nicely” then said what I want him to say “down please mummy” and when he asks nicely I give him what he wants. I’m 33 weeks pregnant so admittedly sometimes I just do what he wants to make him quiet immediately but when I’m more consistent with it he whines way less!
Thanks all. We’ve just tried to do the Bubble planet experience in Manchester and he spent the majority of it in a ball on the floor tantruming… that’s £37.50 I’ll never get back 👀 thanks xx

My LO has pretty much been like this since birth. As first time parents we could not comprehend that this was normal and it’s so draining, it used to bring me to tears - we have explored all avenues regarding health and even neurodivergence but no red flags are really coming up - apparently it can be just their personality!? My daughter is a bit behind on speech so I think it could be habit/frustration but now her speech is improving we are just constantly trying to teach her otherwise.

Sounds just like my son, he is also only saying a few words x
Thanks all. It’s helpful to know it’s not just my LO. We did Disneyland Paris last week - and it was like punishment for him, we just got screamed at most of the time. Really hard going Xx

It’s my birthday today and I’m happy to go to bed! So much whining I feel so bad for feel frustrated 😣 but we do also have at least 3 molars that I can see coming through in the last two weeks but today was horrendous. I came on here to find a post like this to know I’m not alone! I’m also due on which doesn’t help 😬

I feel like i could have wrote this myself. We are experiencing a slee h delay too so they whinning is a lot!!
Was wondering if anyone has used these and if they’re worth it? They’re around £25 a bottle but are meant to good?

Just came across a tiktok where moms were arguing what age a kid should stop using a stroller. This excludes kids with special needs.
What do you think?

When did everyone's bleeding stop? I am 3 weeks postpartum and everything bleeding wise settled after 1 week. Since one week I have worn a pad throughout the day as ive been having discharge similar to bloody show. MW wasnt concerned when i told her last week however, today I had some lower abdominal pain and have then had some red blood on wiping. Is anyone similar?

What are our 4/5 month old night routines when we do not bathe them every night? Also what time are our little ones going to sleep for the night?
