Anyone else little one had an undescended testicle?
My little boy has but it’s in his stomach, he’s going for surgery tomorrow and I’m so, so scared

Hey, I haven’t had this but my boy is only 4 months. Can I ask, how did you know it’s not descended? Not sure if this is a daft question or not.
Hope you’re okay, keep your chin up x

My boy has the same but he is too young so it’s only being monitored at the moment. It’s very common and the surgery is routine with an amazing success rate ~95% (from what I’ve been told by Doctors). Your little one will be great. Wishing you all the best x

My son had the surgery and he was walking around the ward within a few hours of having it done. Your be surprised how quickly they recover. All I say is try and keep him away from soft plays and ppl who have a cough or cold as my son got a bad cough after and ended up getting a hernia from coughing so much. Are they doing it in two surgeries? X
I went to my midwife appointment this morning for a sweep.
Baby has been ready this whole pregnancy. I am 39+3.
I had a scan 8 days ago, she was growing lovely and engaged.
They couldn't do the sweep because baby has decided to completely turn and go breech right at the last minute 😞
Now I have to sit and wait all weekend until I hear from the hospital with a plan.
Stats show the most likely option is now a c section due to the timing.
I am absolutely gutted this has happened 😞

I’ve just been on monitor at assessment unit and they’ve asked if I’m having any tightenings and I said I could feel them but nothing major. Midwife said they are measuring higher than braxton hicks, has anyone else had this and it progressed?
Thanks!

I’m 3 weeks PP and feel good to go, like I’ve got an itch that needs scratching and I know my partner does too 😅
In the UK we’re advised to wait 6 weeks and he’s super considerate and wants to wait the full 6 weeks to ensure that I’m okay, has anyone else gone for it sooner than 6 weeks after a c section?

I would love to do my outings with my baby, however every time I take him out I end up having to take him out the pram and walk with him in my arms lol. It therefore puts me off wanting to go out as much because he cries in the pushchair.
Maybe I should take him out more to get used to it? Any other advice on how I can get him to just chill in the pushchair lol.

Did not expect the news today that I’m Infact having a little girl. Everyone says the cord is rare but it clearly isn’t. I’m total shock!
Need to exchange clothes. 🙈 hopefully it’s the same gender at our 20 weeks scan. Haha.

Hi I’m very early pregnant with my first! 5 weeks! I have suchhhh mixed emotions I hope that’s normal.
I also suffer with inflammatory bowel disease ( ulcerative colitis) wondering if anyone else pregnant with similar condition or an autoimmune disease and how it’s affecting it all?
