Does anyone else’s 3 year old still not sleep through, like ever? I’ve got a 10 month old too and between them both we’re on 6-8 get ups a night and it’s completely unsustainable!
If you do have a good sleeper PLEASE comment on any tricks you used to get them to sleep better 💔

I have to sleep with my daughter every night. We managed to get her out of this and she was either sleeping through or would be up once or twice with fast settles however, the nightmares started and I now need to sleep with her every night or she just screams uncontrollably. We’ve got a 1 year old too who also isn’t a great sleeper but they’re always up at different times so trying to make sure they don’t wake eachother up is a stress every night. We got a sleep coach in and they gave us all the tips but it just didn’t really change for us. I feel like some kids are just good sleepers and some aren’t. I’m no a good sleeper myself whereas my husband could sleep all day and through anything x

My 3 year old use to be a good sleeper until a year ago (when his brother arrived) and since then he’s been waking 2-3 times a night! It’s gotten slightly better but still not sleeping through!

My 3 year old has been awful with his sleep for the last 3/4 months. Last week we changed his duvet to a bigger one and started giving mighty kids magnesium before bed and he’s slept every night since

My little girl slept through from about age 1 until about Aug/September last year when she began waking up once a night. We've recently introduced stickers with a treat if she stays in her bed all night for 7 nights and it has seemed to work the last 2-3 weeks 🤞
