Looking for some advice please mummas.
My daughter who is 3 currentlt weighs 28lbs. She drops to and from 27lbs to 28lbs the past few months.
She is on the 7th centile.
But anyway, she constantly says she is tired. Even tho she sleeps from 8pm till 6.30am. She doesn't nap in the day. But she just always says she is tired.
Her eating is very poor and currently has her 'safe' foods like pasta and rice. She will not try new food as much as we have tired. We even have a plan in place at nursery but nothing seems to help.
She takes a multivitamin, vitamin D and magnesium but they dont seem to be helping either.
Is anyone in a similar position and have any tips?

I would take her to the doctor and have her blood work done. Every child is different and it’s better to be safe than sorry. Hope you figure it out!

I agree the lab work may be a good idea just to check everything out.
All kids are different but typically at 3 they still need 10-13 hours of sleep so she may not be getting quite enough. Not consuming adequate nutrition can also result in low energy. I would continue to offer a variety of foods alongside a safe food. Try not to force her to try anything but just allow it to be on her plate or accessible on the table. Forcing leads to more pushback at this age. If pasta is a safe food, can you potentially make this more nutritionally dense with some olive oil or even utilize a protein pasta to get some more protein rather than only carbs?
