Anyone have recommendations on meals to make a picky eater toddler that loved to eat? I look online but not many options

Sometimes I do a charcuterie board. I’ll buy a veggie/fruit tray from the grocery store, some crackers, cheeses, some meat slices or sausages and assemble. I usually get the carrots, broccoli, grapes, apples, raspberries, blackberries. Whatever you like to eat. Make it pretty and put it in front your family. You can give everyone a small plate or just let them go to town. But you’ll see your toddler see everyone taking from and enjoying their foods and want to try.

My toddler used to be not picky, but is more so now, so I’m going to start incorporating zucchini into brownies and cakes. Just get them into your child any way you can.

I have a YouTube page for baby food recipes that you can check out if you want. @babybiteswithCharlene see if there’s meals you can try for your little one.

What kind of picky? Do they have anything or just aversions to certain meals? X

If you’re looking to boost calories. My girl will clean off a bowl of cottage cheese, blueberries, and flax seeds. 🤷♀️😂
There are a lot of good YT and FB groups for toddler meals/snacks.
I just make meals for the fam and try to mix it up all the time. She doesn’t get a different meal unless she refuses to eat anything.
Lately for dinner we’ve had Japanese curry (paste comes in a box) with veggies and rice, sausage & beans with roast veggies, and meatballs with rotini pasta and pasta sauce. It’s all something she can either eat with a fork or with her hands.
