Advice?
Would it be weird to let my daughter run around the house naked while potty training? The only time she even attempts to get on the potty is if she’s completely naked (like after a bath or during changes) she’s been communicating that she has to potty but doesn’t make it in time or doesn’t want to go if she has a diaper on but will go. I’m not sure what’s weird or not and what helps. Would also like to clarify it’s just me, her, and the baby all day until dad gets home.

Not weird at all! That's the method ive used for my boys!
When I was potty training my boy he was naked below mostly untill he started to get the hang of it x
My son was naked from the waist below until he started taking himself to the potty consistently without us prompting him. Took about a month
My 3.5 year old runs around naked all the time. No big deal.
Not weird at all! My son was naked for about 3 weeks probably more (still is sometimes) when we were potty training
