Bottle before sleeping😅

So I feel like such a bad mother. My daughter is almost a year and a half old and she still takes a bottle at nap and bedtime. I know they encourage straw bottles or open cups and she does drink from those during the day. We also rarely brush her teeth😅😅😅 Please tell me I'm not the only one and please give recommendations for good before sleep cups and toothbrushes!! 💜

I don't think it's particularly unusual for 1.5 year olds to still be having a bottle. The main concern with having it immediately before sleep is it sits on the teeth all night which isn't ideal particularly if they're not getting brushed very often either way. Ours has still been having milk since turning one but has it downstairs, in a munchkin beaker, then it's upstairs for bath and tooth brushing. If yours has cups she uses just keep trying to move towards those instead for the milk. But please do brush her teeth. I know they're "only" milk teeth but it's important to establish good tooth care routines and look after the ones you've got. Kids toothbrushes and toothpaste have age ranges on them so just use one that's suitable for her age. We listen to songs while we do it which helps us make sure we're brushing for the full two minutes!

Would you rather?

A) child sleeps all night long, no wake ups/nothing, but is a huge menace all day

B) child has multiple wakes up during the night/menace at night, but is a saint during the day

my husband asked me this today and I was stumped..

Should I be concerned or am I overthinking?

My little boy is 15 months old, he’s recently taken his first steps and he says mamma and dadda and baba (he has said these for months) we’ve filled out the paperwork for his 12-14 month review and it looks like he isn’t meeting many of his milestones.

He doesn’t copy actions, point, clap etc. He doesn’t react when being spoken to, or to his name. He actively avoids eye contact.

He was so unresponsive to sound that we just had his hearing tested concerned he was deaf. They found that he could hear so he is just choosing not to react to any noises or sounds.

Has anyone else had similar experiences with their little ones? Should I be raising this with the health visitor and ask to be assessed for neurodivergent issue or a social communication problem like autism?

I don’t want to just slap a label on him, but I do feel that there are real concerns. All opinions welcome!!

Routines?

When did you start to introduce your baby’s routine? Do they just have a night routine or full day routine? Wondering when I should start this e.g naps at the same time everyday.

Any routines you have that work for you, please let me know them with timestamps. my baby is 6 weeks and just wondering when we should start them?

Lump on Breast

I just went into the doctor today for a lump on my breast. I am curious to know if anyone has had a similar experience and what the outcome was.

So I have had this lump on my breast for at least three months now. I exclusively breast feed and I had noticed a lump and originally thought it was a clog until it didn’t go away. The doctor is having me go in for an ultra sound to get it checked out. Has anyone else had this and it turned out to be benign? Kind of freaking out but also knowing this can happen to pregnant/breastfeeding mamas.
