A super simple but tasty pasta
2 cups ditalini pasta
3 & 1/4 cups broth (I used veggie- chicken or beef/bone broth will be saltier but have extra protein)
1/3 cup heavy cream
3 tbsp butter
3 tosp olive oil
Fresh parsley & pepper to taste
1/3 cup grated parmesan
1.5 tbsps minced garlic to cook:
in skillet, add oil, minced garlic, and pasta.
Stir until garlic becomes fragrant and pasta and oil are well mixed, roughly one minute.
Add broth, saute until most of liquid is evaporated. Add heavy cream and saute until most of liquid is evaporated. Stir in butter and parmesan until pasta well coated. Garnish with parsley.

We make homemade chicken nuggets. Just cut the chicken breast into bite sized pieces. You need egg wash, flour mixture (flour, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika), and smashed cool ranch doritos. Put the chicken in the flour mixture, then the egg wash, then the smashed doritos. Put on a cookie sheet and bake on 400*f for 15 minutes. Super yummy.
