Hey, I’m 28 weeks and this is my 3rd baby. For the past 2 weeks I am able to get to sleep fine but really struggling with 3-4am wake ups. Once I wake up I cannot get back to sleep, meaning come 9-10am I am absolutely exhausted. Has anyone gone through this and is able to shed some tips on what might help

I got this really badly with my first pregnancy and I feel it’s starting again with my second. It’s reallllyyyy rubbish and not much you can do. Last time I resorted to some magnesium cream on my feet and a magnesium patch on my pillow. It’s helped after about a week but didn’t solve it completely. I got really bad insomnia about 7/8/9 months postpartum aswell which I think is also common… not looking forward to that ffs x
