TTC with perimenopausal symptoms at the age of 32
Hi,
My AMH is 0.05 which indicates diminished ovarian reserve. My periods have been irregular since last 2 years. I am 32 years old. Is there a chance that I can get pregnant naturally? If yes, what precautions I should take to keep myself healthy?

Amh only matters for ivf. Naturally you only need one egg, so there’s a chance.
Id start taking coq10 and a good prenatal and buy the book “it starts with the egg.”
