looking for ways to get active. i bedrotted my whole first trimester and i have so much energy in my second trimester. i was thinking of picking up pilates but like is that crazy for almost 6 months?😅

I need to know your trick for the energy I feel like the lack of energy got worse in my second trimester but to be fair my morning sickness was really bad from 6 weeks until about a week ago and I’m 24w2d now so lol
