Could be in a cluster feeding phase. Offer more milk see if he takes it

That looks like he may be hungry. Drink some extra water and give it another go!

He doesn’t look too hungry but as mentioned above it could be cluster feeding.

Some breastfed babies want to be on the boo. 24/7. Doesn’t mean they’re hungry 24/7 though.

He might also be starting to be teething! I was shocked to find out my 2 month old was teething from our pediatrician! How old is he? Salivating and sucking a lot on fist can be signs of teething

My baby used to do that too, it's pretty normal. Something about babies learning with their mouths and that's why they suck their hands and put everything in their mouth, he also might be teething, you can give him a teething toy and see if that helps.
