I honestly donāt know how Iāve managed to do that especially as a second time mum. I completely missed judged how much newborn & up to 1 months sleepsuits and vest I had from my first so I brought a few more and Iāve washed everything and was putting everything away and omg the draw is complete fully š©š I hope baby can use them for at least the first 2-3 months like my first⦠š©

How many have you got? I thought I had enough, but Iāve just put 5 in a bag for my hospital bag and now Iām thinking there isnāt that much left in the drawer if Iām going to get through 5 in one day! Iāve also realised I also donāt have much other than vests and sleep suits, do I need lots of cardigans? This is my third time and I feel like Iām still clueless! š you forget everything, as itās all such a blur at the time.

Ok, so 5 in hospital bag is enough. Iāve got about 14 left in the drawer. I really donāt want to over buy because I donāt know how big this baby is going to be!

Now Iām looking for cardigans. I have only have two š but I just looked on George and they donāt really have any. Itās either sleep suits or pjs (like top and bottoms) I just want to dress them in a vest and sleep suite for the first few weeks as I donāt want to faff with socks and mittens, do I need cardigans as well or will blankets be enough? Why am I so clueless šš

My first was a massive reflux baby and we constantly needed more clothes so you never know! I havent bought a single thing for baby girl, she's had so much bought for her. She's set for the first year of her life when it comes to clothes
Hey so Iām looking at buying my little girl one of the metal little dutch prams instead of a push walker for Christmas so was hoping people that have one would be able to let me know if it seems like it would work well, sheāll be 7ish months (around the age her brother started using his walker) and is on the taller side but I donāt know anywhere near me that sells them in store so canāt go and see for myself how tall the handle is and how sturdy it feels, TIA x

My little one is two weeks away from turning six months old. Weāve started weaning her on vegetables. A few weeks ago she used to sleep for five to seven-hour stretches but the last week has been awful. She wakes up every hour or two, crying but her eyes are closed. I rock her to sleep or sometimes feed her to sleep. The only way sheāll sleep for any length of time is in bed with me and my partner ā not ideal! Has anyone else been through this or is currently experiencing it? Any tips on how to help my little one sleep longer or through would be really appreciated. Thanks! X

Iām absolutely baffledā¦I had SO many people coming for me on TikTok because I said I top my baby up.
I had a rough start to breastfeeding, baby had jaundice & a tongue tie so she was on the boob 24/7 but wasnāt gaining the weight back that she lost. Everyone was super concerned and kept saying she will be admitted to hospital if I continue just breastfeeding. I was advised to pump at every feed. Then feed her that in a bottle after a feed. Then if sheās still hungry, give her some formula. She has never been sick from āover feedingā. Sheās not a sicky baby at all. So thereās no signs that Iām giving her more than she can handle.
Anyways, It made her weight go up super fast, now that sheās back up to birth weight, the Drs, midwives, health visitors & lactation consultants have all told me to CONTINUE what Iām doing. Itās made her weight stable and itās made her so much more of a happy baby.
Everyone on tiktok was saying that what im doing is dangerous and misleading to other new mums and saying i shouldnāt ever top up. Saying crying all day is normal because its to build my supply (even tho baby is on boob constantly + im pumping).
Im honestly so confused. What happened to feeding on demand? What happened to following hunger ques? What happened to listening to medical advice?
As if Iām being told by strangers to just let my baby be hungry all day. So so confused!
I NEVER knew topping up was viewed so badly and strongly by people!
I really wish I didnāt have to, I wish my breast was enough for her. I wish I could feed for 20 mins then leave the house but I canāt. Sheād be on the boob 24/7. We wouldnāt be Able to do anything! I had 2 weeks of that before the feeding plan it was hell.

I am feeling frustrated. I do all of the nights every day of the week because Iām home and my husband works Monday to Friday. My baby is currently going through the four month regression so Iām up many times a night. My husband is constantly yawning and telling me how tired he is even on the weekends heās currently sleeping in a different room so heās not even in the same room as the baby. this morning.l I told him I was feeling really tired and his response was āI feel youā. Of course he can be tired as well from work or other things itās not a competition however I canāt even imagine what it would be like to be able to sleep through a whole night in a room away from my baby. Iām completely knackered and although he gives me time here and there to catch up for example, he took her downstairs very early this morning so I can get an extra two hours in bed. It doesnāt even start to balance out the sleep I am losing. I feel a lack of awareness on his part and itās starting to really annoy meā¦. Am I right to feel this way or being oversensitive? Should I say something or leave it?

My baby is 11 days old, sheās formula fed⦠I took my baby to doctors on Friday for not pooing, the doctor said keep an eye and be worried if she goes longer than 7 days, she had a poo early hours this morning but it was very pebble like rabbit droppings, she is still feeding, having wet nappies, alert ect⦠is there anything I can do to help her? Iām going to get another appointment tomorrow at GP but donāt know if I should be overly concerned, has anyone else had this? Her stomach often feels hard but I am under the understanding thatās the common sign of constipation
