What about a fancy salad, something like watermelon, feta, red onion and mint?
Or buy a roast chicken and cut it up ahead of time, and take some nice baguettes too.

Pudding could be a deconstructed Eton mess. Prep your cream beforehand and then chuck the berries cream and crushed meringue together when you’re there.
