Friends

Hey Mamas! Is anyone else struggling to make friends? I work from home, so it makes it harder. I would love to make some friends, especially with people who have kid(s) and have play dates with my 17 month old. It would also be nice to have other moms to talk to. Any advice?

It can definitely be difficult. I live on the other side of Florida. Peanut makes it somewhat easier. I set my filter to 15 miles away and have met up with some women even when I don’t initially think we would connect. Swipe up and send a text!!!

It’s really tough! I’ve been living in South Florida, specifically Deerfield Beach, for 1 year now, and I find it challenging to make friends. It seems like everyone already has their own groups, lol. Let’s all plan a weekend playdate sometime!

I get that! I've been struggling too and I'm trying to find a work from home job which I know is going to isolate me more. I was talking to another mom and she suggested going to the library for book reading time with the kiddos and see if you can make mom friends there. Im thinking of seeing how I can join a support group maybe

Well….im pregnant. I have a 4.5, 2.5, and 11 month old. My husband is scheduled for a vasectomy April 7th AND we used plan B after we had one slip up this month—guess that didn’t work.

I’m in shock and don’t know what to do

Intimacy?

Hey ladies! Real question.
When do we have time for adult activities? Like I have 0 energy by the time my husband is back from work. And then we dinner, baby night time routine, pump and it’s like 10 I’m just beat!! I have 0 sex drive. Like it was always low, I never really had huge need for it even before pregnancy. But now it’s like none existing. I absolutely love my husband and think he’s a snack. Like I’m okay without sex probably for the rest of my life but I know my husband misses me, and I know he knows exactly when the last time we had it, which was a month ago! And thats so embarrassing to even admit, cause I’m jealous of those people who have it like 3 times a week, like how!!!!!!!!! What am I missing
