Contractions?

I mean everyone is individual but contractions are usually tightenings, like intense waves.
Have you had braxton hicks yet? Also how many weeks are you?
I guess if you are unsure to call labour ward x

That's how contractions feel for me, I've never really had the tightening sensation people talk about. I've been getting period type cramps for about 2 weeks now though, will have a load of irregular contractions pretty much every night and then they just stop and don't come to anything 😅 would advise trying to ignore them until they become something you can't ignore, if they start to feel more regular it's worth timing them but wait as long you can before going to hospital, you will 100% know if you are in labour trust me. Nothing worse than jumping the gun, going in too soon and being sent home again!
