Im 10 days pp, have been exclusively breastfeeding but expressed a handful of times in the last few days as we wanted to have a few bottles on hand for my husband to feed baby EBM. I feel like I am an oversupplier as in the nighttime my boobs become engorged even when baby feeds, so I’m forced to express first thing in the morning for a few mins to make them less hard and swollen.
I’m able to express about 3-4oz in 5-10 min pump which I feel is a bit excessive.
Does anyone have any tips on dealing with this? I don’t want to end up with a massive supply but also do need to give baby bottles occasionally (as I have appointments etc I can’t take baby to).

your supply will be higher as you’ve only just had your baby
it will work itself out around 8-12 weeks
i’d just say don’t pump loads and loads because it’s supply and demand

When I contacted a breastfeeding charity about this they told me to pump when engorged, just enough to make comfortable and then to use ice packs to help reduce swelling - it really helped me/is helping me whilst my supply still regulating. I got some little boob/nipple ice packs on Amazon - who even knew they were a thing!?
