Which food did your baby try first? I’m thinking about doing all vegetables first. Or should I do every other day? Let me know what you ladies did! My baby is 4 months + 1 week and just started plain oatmeal with breast milk yesterday 🥰 I’m so excited to let him try flavors soon!

I would do veggie one day and then wait until day 3 to add a fruit plus give that same veggie with it too for comfort

We gave our first whatever we were eating, just made baby safe. Officially her first food was steak and some green vegetable (I think asparagus)

Meat stock and meats lol. Also bone marrow, egg yolks, lots of animal foods. I like Kate Pope @ wildnutritionist on IG for first baby foods! She’s a GAPS practitioner and helps parents protect babies’ guts when introducing solids, since their gut lining isn’t fully developed. Carnivore baby for the win (with some fermented veg thrown in there lol) 💪 and now I don’t have to worry about him not liking meat/veggies
