It also depends on where your placenta is! I had an anterior placenta, I felt baby kick for the first time at 25-26 weeks

I’m plus size and I started feeling the bubble pop sensation at about 18 weeks but didn’t feel a proper move until 25 weeks as I had an anterior placenta x

I have my anatomy scan on Thursday so I’ll find out where my placenta is then!

Maybe 22 weeks. I had an anterior placenta though.

It depends where your placenta is. I had anterior with both mine so didn’t feel anything properly up to about 24/25 weeks even with my second baby.

My first not until 25 weeks. Second probably around 18 weeks but I think you feel it earlier because you know what you’re feeling if that makes sense.

Changed due date

Anyone had their date change at 12 weeks scan?

I used my last period and also fully tracked ovulation, I had a due date Oct 10.

In my 12 week scan they said Oct 15

Now I don’t know which to use as I know the 12 week scan can place things wrong due to the tiniest millimetre off measurement

What did others go by and what was accurate?

Second baby here!

Damp pants.. can your waters go incredibly slowly lol

Or did I pee 😅

I woke up this morning with a damp patch in my undies that I noticed when I pulled my pants up after a wee.. I did smell it and it doesn’t smell like wee and I got my husband to smell (lol) and it didn’t smell like wee to him either but I’m also very hydrated...

I have sat over the toilet and nothing is dripping out of me so I think maybe I just lost a bit of wee over night or just before I noticed?

Birthday

So idk if this would be considered bd drama, but he just texted me “happy birthday” my birthday isn’t until April 20th, we’ve known each other since 2024. And I just feel a little sad that he doesn’t know my birthday. Should I appreciate that he tried? Or be upset that after all this time he still doesn’t know my birthday?

Sleep

Does anyone else lay awake all night unable to sleep due to hormones or overthinking? Gosh it’s so annoying!
Please tell me I’m not alone.

Elective C-section

Guys I'm 13 weeks but I'm already extremely terrified of birth and specially tearing and injuries down there. I'm thinking I'd rather suffer the pain from the c section than going through natural labour. I like the thought of everything being planned and I'd know what's going on. Any of you in a similar situation?

I’m having my baby tomorrow

I have just found out that I am going to be induced tomorrow. After a rough pregnancy this is the best decision for us I will be 39 weeks and 5 days. Anyone got any tips or advice to make the process smoother.
