Testing negative 11dpt. Official test date on day 14 but accepting I'm probably out.
Did you change anything after a failed FET and go on to have success? Whether that's supplements yourself or did they change your protocol?
I had zoladex injection to down regulate, then evorel patches, then 5 days before transfer started 2x cyclogest pessaries. Then evening of transfer started lubion injections.

Hey sorry you’ve experienced this, not the greatest feeling.
Following my failed FET, my medical team changed my protocol. Also I took some time to regroup myself and make changes. In review progesterone was identified as a challenge and it was agreed that my stress levels weren’t helping so I made it a point to reduce and better manage it.
I took roughly 5 months off to become better in tune with myself. It was needed. I did an acupuncture routine, attended some yoga classes to help me with breathing and blocking out the noise. Honestly I didn’t change much of my eating, I had been doing well before. The month before I did do a natural cleanse.
For the procedure I took time off and completely shut away from work. Ate the recommended foods and rested. Watched a lot of feel good movies. I did do intralipids 24/48hrs before to help with inflammation.
Hope this helps and if you need anything more I’m here, feel free to reach out.

Hello, so sorry to hear about your experience. It is so hard but you’re strong and you’ll get through it!
Similarly to Aliya, I’ve tried to be better in tune with myself also, lower stress levels with low impact exercise, yoga and acupuncture at least once a week. I also used a red light therapy belt a few times a week leading up to the transfer.
We’ve added vaginal probiotics from about 6 weeks leading up (a course of 5 days at a time and then one every third day more or less). Added intralipids 2 days before transfer and uterine hcg on transfer. I also had an acupuncture session just before my transfer and just after as well (within an hour each side) - studies showed success with this approach.
In terms of diet I also had a decent diet already and I’ve detoxed the household and my cosmetics from harsh chemicals and perfumes. The one thing that I did add from my downreg onwards was lots of beetrooty things, juices etc for uterine blood flow.
