Bedtime

My LB goes up at 8 and is asleep in his cot between 8:20/8:30 but he wakes up around 6 every morning. He's definitely a 10 hour a night sleeper x

Late sleeper here which fits perfectly into our routine. She sleeps anywhere between 10pm-11pm. Has a feed at 4/5am and wakes up for the day at 9/10am! Can’t complain 😆

Mine is in bed between 6-6:30pm, a dream feed around 10pm and will get up around 7am

My sons 8 months and he can go to bed between 7-830 each night. Depends on when he wakes up and how long since his last nap. He's been horrific with his naps lately. So trying to be flexible for him. He's defo a 10 hour night sleeper.

Same but ours like like between 6:30 and 9

Again aiming for 7-7:30. He still gets up multiple times for milk (EBF) and in the process of dropping down to 2 naps

Around 6/6.30 bed, up at 8am with a couple quick feeds in-between (EBF) plus 3 naps in the day totalling about 3 hours.

We start bedtime at 7.30, sleep can be from 8.30pm to 10.30. She sleeps till about 8 usually, it was 10 😂

7:30 if I’m not working, 9:30-10 if I’m working because she has to go in the car with her daddy to pick me up from work as it’s too far away to walk :( so she’s not really in a routine but it is what it is

We’re the same, it was always 6/6:30pm but then in the last few weeks my little boy switched it up completely and started going much later, around 8pm. The last 3 nights he’s been unwell and has gone down at 6pm 🤷🏻‍♀️ just when you think you’re getting a routine they like to throw a grenade and change it completely 🫠😅
